Decree of the State Minister of Environment No. KEP-11/MENLH/3/1994 on the types of business or activity subject to an environmental impact analysis.
The Decree lists the following activities that are subject to the environmental impact analysis: (a) activities included in Annex I; (b) business or activities located in a protected area or in a place bordering a protected area; (c) business capable to interfere with the function and/or appropriation of a protected area. The business listed in Annex I shall be wholly or partly subject to a review at least once every five years.
