The purpose of this Order is to regulate the procedures for determining the emissions of atmospheric pollutants SO2, NOX, particulates and, in addition, CO in installations powered by gaseous fuels, as well as the control of measuring and treatment instruments and remission of information related to these emissions. It will be applied to the foci of large combustion plants (GIC) that are included within the scope of joint application regarding the special technical provisions for large combustion plants and industrial emissions .; The owners of the GIC bulbs must continuously measure their emissions and must justify that the installed measuring instruments comply with the UNE / EN Standards that are applicable to them by means of a technical report that proves it and that will be issued by an authorized entity or body. This is done by the competent Administration. The technical report will be presented to the competent authority in the control of emissions to the atmosphere with the periodicity established by the General Directorate of Environmental Quality and Assessment and the Natural Environment and the General Directorate of Energy Policy and Mines, as well as in its case to the agency they designate, within six months after the start-up of the installation and, subsequently, at least every three years.
