Resolution No. 443 of 2013 of Georgian Government on Testing, Examining and Registering of Pesticides and Agro-chemicals

The Resolution regulates registration procedures for pesticides and agro-chemicals. It consists of 16 articles: General provision (1); Definition of terms (2); State registration of pesticides (3); Expanded registration for limited use (3-1); Submitting and deliberation on pesticide registration dossiers (4); Assessment (5); Registration testing (6); Criteria for assessment of pesticides (6-1); Low risk pesticides (6-2); Registration of pesticides (7); Protection of data submitted for placing pesticides on market (7-1); Working program for re-evaluating of pesticides (72); State registration of agro-chemicals (8); Submitting and deliberation on agro-chemical registration dossiers (9); Assessment and registration testing of agro-chemicals (10); and Registration of agro-chemicals (11). In addition, the Resolution includes annexes on list of registration documentation, forms for registration and rules and recommendations for testing and assessing pesticides and agro-chemicals. The main purpose of the document is to regulate the relations between applicants and the state in registration procedures of pesticides and agro-chemicals.
