Order of 22 April 2008 laying down the technical rules to be met by aerobic composting or aerobic stabilization installations subject to authorization under Title I of Book V of the Environment Code.
This Order lays down the technical requirements applicable to aerobic composting or aerobic stabilization plants subject to authorization under headings 167c, 322-B3, 2170 and 2730, or related thereto of a facility subject to authorization for composting or biological stabilization in quantities greater than the authorization threshold of heading 2170. The purpose of these installations is either the production of compost intended to be used as a fertilizer or cultivation medium or to be spread, or the biological stabilization of waste by aerobic treatment before burial or other method of disposal.
