SANH E-Conference March 2020

SANH E-Conference: 10th-13th March 2020

In March 2020, the GCRF South Asian Nitrogen Hub will host its first E-Conference to help us continue to make progress across work packages and continue to engage with partners from all 8 South Asian countries and the UK. The conference is a great opportunity for productive discussions on how to progress in each work package but to also to identify linkages and foster collaboration across the entire project. This helps reduce the risk of delays and helps us move forward with different aspects of the project. Just like physical plenary meetings, this E-conference is incredibly important to help us make progress and we look forward to seeing all of our partners from both South Asia and the UK attending.

The E-Conference will be held from the 10th-13th March 2020. We will commence and conclude the meeting with Plenary Webinars where partners and stakeholders can find out updates on the entire Hub as well as be updated on what is happening in the wider nitrogen network. For the rest of the 10th-13th of March, there will be multiple parallel sessions for the work packages.

We anticipate that representatives from ALL partner organisations will attend the Plenary Sessions and all work package meetings that are relevant to their work in the Hub. We also look forward to all RP and WP leads attending the meeting. Due to not being restricted by travel requirements, the E-Conference is also a great opportunity for Junior staff and students to attend and learn more about the project. We welcome junior staff, assistant staff and students from our partner organisations to attend and be part of the E-Conference. This is a wonderful chance for all members who work on SANH to take part in these discussions.

Registration for the meeting is currently open and will close on the on Monday 9th March 2020 at 12pm UK Time/ 17:30 Sri Lanka time. It is important that every participant who attends the E-conference registers for the event, All the presentations, minutes and notes for the E-conference will be available before the meeting on the SANH Partner wiki in the 'Meetings' section.

We are very excited to be holding the first SANH E-conference and we look forward to your attendance.
